Robert Sorby Ultima Hollowing Tool - Small tool enables woodturners to produce hollow forms up to 11" (275 mm) (included with 16" handle)
- Medium tool enables woodturners to produce hollow forms up to 16" (400 mm) (included with 22" handle)
- Made from high-grade HSS
- An articulating link which enables the turner to undercut the rims of projects and produce a variety of hollow form shapes from traditional vase to squashed form
- Only one third of the cutter is exposed at one time, allowing you to rotate the blade twice through 120" before it needs to be sharpened
- Designed for both wet and dry woods
- Shaft can be extended with additional links (sold separately)
- Cleverly designed shaving clearance which prevents clogging in normal use

NOTE: American-made tools are measured by bar diameter while European brands are measured by flute size. Hence the 3/8" collet is designed for a European 1/4" gouge, and the 1/2" collet for a 3/8" gouge while a 1/2" gouge will fit directly into the handle.
